Navy SEAL Swim/Ruck Challenge
Normandy, France – June 6, 2018
On June 6, 2018, a team of 25 elite warriors and civilians made an Epic Journey to raise funds for charity, while commemorating the 74th anniversary of D-Day. The unforgettable day started with a channel swim to the beaches of Normandy, followed by a 20-mile ruck/run with 44 pounds of additional weight in gear, to the town of St. Lo, France. These extraordinary athletes overcame several obstacles and completed special tasks along the way.
The Navy SEAL Museum is proud to be a beneficiary of this unique and exciting event. Proceeds from the Epic Charity Challenge Swim/Ruck event directly benefit our Trident House Charities Program.
